Cruciferous vegetables against cancer

All brassicas containing the substance sulforaphane and I3C. These substances are highly active anticancer molecules. They prevent the cells constituting an early stage of cancer from developing into malignant tumors.

So try to eat of the good cabbage varieties, Brussels sprouts, Chinese cabbage, broccoli, cauliflower, etc. Do you eat it three times a week, you increase the activity AGAINST cancer by 50%.
