Coffee - a health drink ?

Coffee beverage is that both burn fat and prevents diabetes, cancer and Alzheimer's. I'll explain why!

Those who drink two cups a day are less likely to die of cardiovascular disease than those who drink less coffee or none at all.

There are data to suggest that a few cups of coffee in the morning can be just as effective as the drugs that the pharmaceutical industry tried to find to counter age-dependent dementia

Coffe is a balm to your body


Caffeine seems to enhance the body's defenses against certain tumors such as melanoma , colon cancer and prostate cancer. A number of studies have also shown that coffee reduces the risk for cancer to develop in the colon and the rectum. Also inhibits coffee development of liver cancer and coffee drinkers are also assumed to be at less risk of ovarian cancer as well as cancers of the mouth and throat. Coffee has also been shown to positively for diabetics.

Disadvantages:
Drink moderate amounts of coffee consumption may lead to ulcers. Too much coffee will also ensure that your body gets stressed and you may be mild nausea , get tremors in the hands , get cold sweats, restless and irritable. Invest in about three cups per day . But drink regularly, otherwise you will not get the benefits .
