This year's best Christmas gift to me was a book. In the Swedish it´s called "Superfoods" and is about healing foods from the heart of nature. It's written by John Opsahl.From this book, I am now in the future going to write about different foods in this book, among other things, to share with you the most important thing I know. I want us all to live the best life we can.
