A tasty smoothie perfect for breakfast or lunch is my homemade strawberry smoothie. It´s both healthy and satiating.
This is
done preferably on fresh
strawberries. My homemade smoothie contains:
2 handfuls of strawberries
1 banana
2 cm ginger
2 tablespoons of flaxseed oil
2 tablespoons cold-pressed rapeseed oil
rice milk
a little cayenne pepper
Mix everything together and pour into a glass. Drink it immediately
